(Exemption) (No. 7) (Amendment No. 2)
Notification 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 7) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 7th September 2010.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part I of the Schedule to the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2010 (G.N. No. S 181/2010) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 7, the following item:

“8. Explomo Magic Pte. Ltd.”.
