People’s Association Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(3)(b) of the People’s Association Act, the Board of Management of the People’s Association hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the People’s Association Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 1998 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19th September 1998.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the People’s Association Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 48, the following item:

“48A	Singapore Floorball Association.”.
