Parks and Trees
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Parks and Trees Act, the National Parks Board, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Parks and Trees (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 30 June 2020.

Amendment of regulation 8

2. Regulation 8(3) of the Parks and Trees Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “in the Second Schedule”, the words “when the area is an unrestricted area under the Public Order Act (Cap. 257A)”.
