Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 16th August 2010.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 6 in the Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Infectious Diseases) (Exemption) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 300/2006) is amended by deleting the words “Robertson Medical Practice” and substituting the words “Dr Tan & Partners”.
