Pharmacists Registration
(Prescribed Qualifications for
Conditional Registration)
Regulations 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Pharmacists Registration Act, the Singapore Pharmacy Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Prescribed Qualifications for Conditional Registration) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 31st August 2011.
Prescribed qualifications
2.  For the purposes of section 17(1) of the Act, a prescribed qualification shall be any qualification set out in the third column of the Schedule conferred by a foreign institution set out in the second column of that Schedule.
Revocation
3.  The Pharmacists Registration (Prescribed Qualifications for Conditional Registration) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 439/2008) are revoked.
