In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 3) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 30 June 2020.

Amendment of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Homestay Lodge) Notification 2020

2. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Homestay Lodge) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 312/2020) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the semi‑colon at the end of sub‑paragraph (f) and substituting a full‑stop; and
(b)	by deleting sub‑paragraph (g).

Amendment of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (CDPL Tuas Dormitory) Notification 2020

3. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (CDPL Tuas Dormitory) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 314/2020) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (a).

Amendment of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Tuas South Dormitory) Notification 2020

4. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Tuas South Dormitory) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 316/2020) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (a).
