Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment) Rules 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 132, 134 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment) Rules 2009 and shall come into operation on 19th October 2009.

Deletion and substitution of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules (R 28) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
