Street Works (Private Street Works)
(Amendment) Regulations 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Street Works Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Communications and Information Technology, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Street Works (Private Street Works) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 7th November 2000.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Street Works (Private Street Works) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the definition of “specifications” and substituting the following definition:

“ “specifications”, in relation to street works, means the Materials and Workmanship Specifications and any other specification issued by the Authority;”.
