| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004. |
| 2. The Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2004 shall, with the exception of section 3, come into operation on 1st September 2004. |
