Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2005 and shall, with the exception of paragraph 2(c), come into operation on 1st August 2005.
(2)  Paragraph 2(c) shall come into operation on 1st September 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting the name “Mr Tan Guong Ching” in the third column of item 3 and substituting the name “Mr Benny Lim Siang Hoe”;
(b)by deleting the name “Mr Tan Guong Ching” in the third column of item 5; and
(c)by deleting the name “Mr Liew Heng San” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Ms Chan Lai Fung”.
