Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) (Amendment) Notification 2002

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Finance

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st October 2002, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 623/2001) —

(a)	by deleting the words “Board of Commissioners of Currency, Singapore.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies”; and
(b)	by deleting the word “Currency.” under the heading “Subjects”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) (Amendment) Notification 2002.
