Rule 2 of the Environmental Public Health (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 1) is amended —| (a) | by inserting, immediately after “61,” in paragraph (a)(i), “62(2A),”; | | (b) | by inserting, immediately before “7(2)” in paragraph (a)(ii), the words “6(1) or (2),”; | | (c) | by inserting, immediately after “9(2),” in paragraph (a)(ii), “11(1), 12(2),”; | | (d) | by inserting, immediately after “55,” in paragraph (a)(ii), “58(1),”; | | (e) | by deleting the words “62(2) or (3),” in paragraph (a)(ii) and substituting the words “60(1), 62(2), (3) or (4), 63, 64(2), 67, 69(1) or (2), 70, 72(1), 73(1), 75(1),”; | | (f) | by inserting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a)(ii); | | (g) | by deleting the words “17(3), 18, 19(1) or (4),” in paragraph (a)(iii) and substituting the words “17(3) or (6), 18, 19(1) or (4), 30A(2),”; | | (h) | by inserting, immediately after “86(3)” in paragraph (a)(iii), “, 88A”; | | (i) | by deleting sub-paragraphs (v) and (vi) of paragraph (a); | | (j) | by inserting, immediately after the word “section” in paragraph (aa), “45(11),”; | | (k) | by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:| “(ba) | any offence under regulation 15 of the Environmental Public Health (Registration of Environmental Control Officers) Regulations (Rg 2) for contravening regulation 5, 6(5), 10(3) or (4), 12, 13 or 14 of those Regulations;”; |
