and Company Emergency Response Team)
(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Fire Safety Act 1993, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Fire Safety (Premises Requiring Fire Safety Manager and Company Emergency Response Team) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 18 July 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Fire Safety (Premises Requiring Fire Safety Manager and Company Emergency Response Team) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 768/2020), in the Schedule, in Part 2, after paragraph 4, insert —

“5. A building in respect of which paragraph 2 of the Fire Safety (Temporary Buildings for Short Term Events — Exemption) Order 2023 (G.N. No. S 508/2023) applies.”.
