Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment
Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(6) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 17 October 2016.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4 of the Planning (Development of Land — Lodgment Authorisation) Notification (N 3) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$535” in sub‑paragraphs (1)(n)(ii) and (2)(a) and substituting in each case “$749”; and
(b)	by deleting “$749” in sub‑paragraph (2)(b) and substituting “$1,070”.
