(Performances and Other Activities —
Control Order) (Amendment No. 8)
Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Performances and Other Activities — Control Order) (Amendment No. 8) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 12 July 2021.

Amendment of regulation 10

2. Regulation 10(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Performances and Other Activities — Control Order) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 927/2020) is amended —

(a)

by deleting “2” in sub‑paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting in each case “5”; and

(b)

by deleting sub‑paragraph (c) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:

“(c)	a combination of performers who perform by singing and playing a wind musical instrument, but not exceeding 5 in total.”.
