(Fees) (Amendment)
Rules 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Residential Property Act 1976, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2023 and come into operation on 20 July 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Residential Property (Fees) Rules (R 2), in the Schedule, in item 7, after “by a”, insert “foreign individual,”.
