(Approved Securitisation Company)
(Remission) (Amendment) Rules 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 74 and 77 of the Stamp Duties Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Approved Securitisation Company) (Remission) (Amendment) Rules 2014 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2014.

Amendment of rule 3

2. Rule 3 of the Stamp Duties (Approved Securitisation Company) (Remission) Rules 2009 (G.N. No. S 232/2009) is amended by deleting the words “31st December 2013” and substituting the words “31st December 2018”.
