In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  Section 479 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 comes into operation on 30 June 2022 at 12.01 a.m.
