Singapore Armed Forces (Saver Plan) (Amendment) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 205A of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, the Armed Forces Council hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Armed Forces (SAVER Plan) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st July 2004.

Amendment of regulation 14A

2. Regulation 14A of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAVER Plan) Regulations (Rg 19) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the words “Savings Account” in paragraphs (1), (3) and (4), the words “or Retirement Account”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately after the words “Saving Accounts” in the regulation heading, the words “or Retirement Accounts”. [G.N. No. S 376/2003]
