Financial (Amendment)
Rules 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Town Councils Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Town Councils Financial (Amendment) Rules 2016 and come into operation on 21 October 2016.
Amendment of rule 75
2.  Rule 75(1) of the Town Councils Financial Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting the words “Info‑communications Development Authority of Singapore” in sub‑paragraph (ba) and substituting the words “Info‑communications Media Development Authority (established by section 3 of the Info‑communications Media Development Authority Act 2016 (Act 22 of 2016))”.
