Town Council of Ang Mo Kio Yishun
(Common Property and Open Spaces)
(Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Ang Mo Kio Yishun hereby makes the following By-laws:

Citation and commencement

1. These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Ang Mo Kio Yishun (Common Property and Open Spaces) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2000 and shall come into operation on 10th November 2000.

Deletion and substitution of by-law 11A

2. By-law 11A of the Town Council of Ang Mo Kio Yishun (Common Property and Open Spaces) By-laws (By 23) is deleted and the following by-law substituted therefor:

“Playing of games, etc.

11A. No person shall roller-skate, ride a skateboard or play or take part in any game on or in any common property or open space, except on or in such places designated by the Town Council for that purpose.”.
