Government Procurement (Application)
(Amendment No. 3) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2016 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 October 2016.

Amendment of Part II of Second Schedule

2. Part II of the Second Schedule to the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Info‑communications Development Authority of Singapore” in item 7 and substituting the words “Info‑communications Media Development Authority”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “Media Development Authority of Singapore” in item 13 and substituting the words “Government Technology Agency”.
