(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Cybersecurity Act 2018, Mr S Iswaran, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards cybersecurity, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Cybersecurity Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  The Cybersecurity Act 2018, except sections 24 to 35 and the Second Schedule, comes into operation on 31 August 2018.
