Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2010 and shall come into operation on 16th September 2010.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. Item 7 in the Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) is amended by inserting, immediately after the index mark “CD”, the index marks “, TC, TE.”.
