(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act 2007, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act 2007 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 31 July 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act 2007, in the Schedule, delete item 11.
