Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Expressway Traffic) (Amendment) Rules 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Expressway Traffic) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 26th October 2007.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  Part II of the Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Expressway Traffic) Rules (R 23) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 8, the following item:
“9.  That length of the expressway known as the Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway which extends from its interchange with East Coast Parkway at the south end of Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway Tunnel in a general north eastward direction to its interchange with Pan Island Expressway at Kallang Way, Kallang Bahru and Aljunied West Flyovers, at a distance of approximately 2,300 metres.”.
