Telecommunication Licensees) (Amendment)
Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32A(2) of the Telecommunications Act, the Info‑communications Media Development Authority makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Telecommunications (Designated Telecommunication Licensees) (Amendment) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 22 September 2017.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2(2) of the Telecommunications (Designated Telecommunication Licensees) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 35/2012) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:
“(a)M1 Net Ltd;”.
