(No. 2) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2021.
2.  Sections 6 and 8(1) of the Housing and Development (Amendment) Act 2020 come into operation on 1 August 2021.
