Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 32) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 32) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Lucky Draw For Customer Loyalty Cum Chinese New Year Promotion” from 1st January 2009 to 28th February 2009 (both dates inclusive) and the draws on 2nd February 2009 and 2nd March 2009.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 21st October 2008.
