Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and
Compensation) (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) (Amendment) Act 1998, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.
2.  The Motor Vehicles (Third‑Party Risks and Compensation) (Amendment) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 21st October 1998.
