(Exemption from Sections 33, 34(1)(b) AND 35)
(Amendment) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Telecommunications Act, the Minister for Communications and Information Technology hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Exemption from sections 33, 34(1)(b) and 35) (Amendment) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 17th October 2001.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2(b) of the Telecommunications (Exemption from sections 33, 34(1)(b) and 35) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 115/2001) is amended by deleting the words “in‑building or”.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
3.  The Schedule to the Telecommunications (Exemption from sections 33, 34(1)(b) and 35) Notification 2001 is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
