Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 34) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 34) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the National Environment Agency from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Mitsubishi Electric Wheel” promotion on 1st November 2008 and 2nd November 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the National Environment Agency with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 21st October 2008.
