National Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the National Registration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 30th September 2002.

Amendment of regulation 4

2. Regulation 4(1)(d) of the National Registration Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting sub-paragraphs (ii), (viii) and (x).

Amendment of regulation 5

3. Regulation 5(1) of the National Registration Regulations is amended by deleting the words “, his blood group” in the penultimate line.
