Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 35) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 35) Notification 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts SIA Engineering Company from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “SIAEC Golf Par-Tee 2008” and the draw on 12th November 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by SIA Engineering Company with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 21st October 2008.
