(Approved Banks) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2013 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 26th June 2013.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) Order 2009 (G.N. No. S 201/2009) is amended by deleting the words “Chinatrust Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.” and substituting the words “CTBC Bank Co., Ltd.”.
