MediShield Life Scheme
(Prescribed Public Scheme for Disclosure of
Information) Regulations 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(2) of the MediShield Life Scheme Act 2015, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the MediShield Life Scheme (Prescribed Public Scheme for Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 September 2015.

Prescribed public scheme

2. The prescribed public scheme for the purposes of Part 5 of the Act is the MediShield Life Premium Subsidies Scheme.
