COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures)
(Religious Gatherings — Control Order)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Religious Gatherings — Control Order) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 19 July 2021.
Amendment of regulation 30
2.  Regulation 30 of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Religious Gatherings — Control Order) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 509/2021) is amended —
(a)by deleting “5” in paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting in each case “2”; and
(b)by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(c)not more than 2 performers, one of whom performs by singing and the other by playing a wind musical instrument.”.
