(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80(1) of the Organised Crime Act 2015, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Organised Crime Act 2015 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 28 July 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Organised Crime Act 2015, in the Schedule, after item 147, insert —

“

147A.

Section 424B

Fraud by false representation, non‑disclosure or abuse of position

”.
