Fees (Reproduction of Survey Department Records) (Amendment) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Reproduction of Survey Department Records) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 22nd October 1998.

Deletion and substitution of paragraph 3

2. The Fees (Reproduction of Survey Department Records) Order (O 21) is amended by deleting paragraph 3 and substituting the following paragraph:

“Definition

3. In this Order, “records” includes locality maps, cadastral base maps, certified plans, survey plans, assurance plans, strata title plans, field books, field details and calculation volumes which the officer-in-charge thereof may, in his discretion, permit to be reproduced electronically or otherwise.”.
