(Commencement) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2021.
2.  The Environmental Public Health (Amendment) Act 2020, except section 7, comes into operation on 20 July 2021.
