(Common Property and Open Spaces)
(Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Potong Pasir hereby makes the following By-laws:

Citation and commencement

1. These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Potong Pasir (Common Property and Open Spaces) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2000.

New by-law 15

2. The Town Council of Potong Pasir (Common Property and Open Spaces) By-laws (By 2) are amended by inserting, immediately after by-law 14, the following by-law:

“Compoundable offences

15. Every offence under these By-laws shall be a compoundable offence in accordance with section 49 of the Act.”.
