Political Donations (Political Associations)
(Amendment) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the definition of “political association” in section 2(1) of the Political Donations Act 2000, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Political Donations (Political Associations) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 20th October 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Political Donations (Political Associations) Order 2001 (G.N. No. S 192/2001) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following item:

3. The Think Centre, being a society registered under the Societies Act (Cap. 311)
