Town Council of Pasir Ris (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Pasir Ris hereby makes the following By-laws:

Citation and commencement

1. These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Pasir Ris (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st December 1998.

Amendment of by-law 2

2. By-law 2 (1) of the Town Council of Pasir Ris (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 3) is amended by deleting the words “2 months” in the third line and substituting the words “one month”.
