(Chapter 220)
Passports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Passports Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Passports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Passports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 3, the following paragraph:
“
4.  Fees for the nationals of the People’s Republic of China for —
 
 
(a) 14-day Collective Visa for Group Tour
 
No fee.
(b) Express Service for 1 day processing of 14-day Collective Visa for Group Tour
 
$35.
(c) Express Service for 2-day processing of 14-day Collective Visa for Group Tour
 
$15.
