Regulation of Imports and Exports
(Prescribed Agreements) (Amendment)
Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 July 2020.

Amendment of Part II of the Schedule

2. Part II of the Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 4, the following item:

“5.	Agreement between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Singapore on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Customs Matters.”.
