MediShield Life Scheme
(Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the MediShield Life Scheme Act 2015, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations are the MediShield Life Scheme (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2023 and, except for regulation 2(b), come into operation on 1 August 2023.

(2) Regulation 2(b) comes into operation on 1 November 2023.

Amendment of Sixth Schedule

2. In the MediShield Life Scheme Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 622/2015), in the Sixth Schedule, in item 7(a) —

(a)

after sub-paragraph (xi), insert —

“(xia)

Category 13

$2,600 per month”; and

(b)

after sub-paragraph (xiii), insert —

“(xiiia)

Category 17

$3,400 per month”.
