Strategic Goods (Control)
Order 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4A(1) of the Strategic Goods (Control) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 2 November 2015.
Strategic goods and strategic goods technology
2.  The goods and technology specified in the Schedule are strategic goods and strategic goods technology, respectively, for the purposes of the Act.
Revocation
3.  The Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 10/2013) is revoked.
