Environmental Public Health
(Registration of Environmental
Control Coordinators and
Environmental Control Officers)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Environmental Public Health (Registration of Environmental Control Coordinators and Environmental Control Officers) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 July 2022.
Replacement of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Registration of Environmental Control Coordinators and Environmental Control Officers) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 529/2021) is replaced with —
