Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st August 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part II of the Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Prescribed Agreements) Regulations (Rg 7) is amended by numbering the existing item as item 1, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:
“2.  India-Singapore Comprehensive Economic Co-operation Agreement.”.
