Strategic Goods (Control) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Strategic Goods (Control) (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Strategic Goods (Control) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Strategic Goods (Control) (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st January 2008.
